Inflation device and water-resistant stuff sack in one. Either of these Schnozzel Pumpbags allows almost effortless inflation of Exped mats in just a few compressions.

The Ultralight (UL) is the yellow one.  It's made of that really slick/slinky siliconized nylon.  Lightweight (about 2oz) and good tensile strength, but easily punctured so you need to be careful with it.  It works great as a pump and takes me 5-6 compressions to inflate a Synmat 12LXW.

With a volume of 85L, the orange one is twice the size of the UL.  It's also heavier (about 6oz) and slightly more rugged (70 denier Taffeta Nylon with PU coating) but it still isn't what I'd call rugged.  It works great as an inflation bag and as a light-duty stuff sack or pack liner, but it isn't going to be your "go to" compression sack.  With this one, it takes me 2 1/2 compressions to inflate a Synmat 12LXW.

These work with Exped's 20mm Flat-Valves.  They require an adapter to work on an older Exped mat with a 30mm Flat-Valve.  They don't work with the old Exped cylindrical twist valves, Big Agnes valves or Thermarest Neo-Air valves.

Connect the exhaust port of the Pumpbag to the intake port on your Exped sleeping pad (the port on the pump panel), open the Pumpbag's mouth nice and wide, and then trap the air inside by closing the mouth quickly and, with mouth closed, press air from the Pumpbag into the pad.  Works great, but it'll take a few tries to perfect your technique.
